Denmark stocks higher at close of trade

Profits in the Chemicals, Industrial and Commodity and Commodity sectors drove highest shares and Denmark’s reserves were higher after Wednesday’s closure.

Near Copenhagen, OMX Copenhagen 20 increased 0.11% to reach a new 1-month high.

AP Moeller – Maersk A / S B (CSE: MAERSKb) added 3.00% or 228 points at the end of 7836 and FLSmidth & Co. (CSE: FLS) rose 2.19% or 6.0 points to 280.0 in late trading. The best representatives of OMX Copenhagen 20 were Novozymes A / S B (CSE: NZYMb), which rose 3.16% or 9.7 points to trade at 316.7 at the end.

William Demant Holding A / S (CSE: DEMANT) dropped 0.91% or 2.0 points to end 217.1 and Carlsberg A / S B (CSE: CARLb) dropped 0.90% or 8.0 points to 881.8. The worst representatives of the session were Oersted A / S (CSE: ORSTED), which fell to 1.34% or 7.60 points to trade at 561.40 at the end.

In the commodity trading, Brent diesel for distribution in August dropped 0.14% or 0.09 to capture $ 62.05 per barrel, while the Gold Future contract in August dropped 0.09% or 1.15 to trade at $ 1349.55 a troy ounce . Crude oil for distribution in August decreased by 0.17% or 0.09 to 54.02 dollars per barrel.

USD / DKK decreased by 0.16% to 6.6604, while EUR / DKK rose 0.02% to 7.4670.
